In digital marketing, a landing page is a standalone web page, created specifically for an advertising campaign. It’s where a visitor “lands” after they click on an ad from Google, Facebook, or similar places on the web.
Unlike web pages, which typically have many goals and encourage exploration, landing pages are designed with a single focus or goal, known as a call to action (or CTA, for short).

Optimising a landing page:
In March 2021 we started an A/B testing various elements on the variation for Odyssey Landscapes. We reworded the main headline, changed the colour of different elements throughout the page, slightly reworded the offer, and refreshed a number of images.
After two months of testing, we managed to increase the conversion rate from 5.95% to 9.68%. The testing period ended in April when we turned off the optin, and in the next two months the conversion rate of the variation further increased to 12.78%.
Such a great achievement!
